Behind The Shoot Video From Vijay Sethupathi’s Train Is Out!
Actor Vijay Sethupathi had his last outing in the OTT space via the action crime series Muthu Engira Kaattaan scripted by M Manikandan with Bollywood actor Milind Soman in lead role. The Super Deluxe actor will soon grace the screens via the action mystery thriller titled Train. Story teller Mysskin, who has amassed a fan following with his work in Yuddham Sei & Onaayum Aattukkuttiyum, has written and directed the venture.
Actress Shruthi Haasan will be seen in a prominent role in the entertainer. Kannada actress Ira Dayanand will mark her entry into Kollywood with a significant role in the movie. The project has been extensively shot inside a train. The production house has been promoting the film by releasing a teaser and a single from the album on social media. They have now dropped a behind the shoot video for the drama.
Taking to his official X profile, producer Kalaipuli S Thanu himself shared a special poster along with a link to the behind the scene video from Train and wrote, “The Electrifying Fight BTS of Train is out now! Two minutes behind the shoot, the video of Train has shots of director Mysskin enacting the scenes to his artists. There is a portion where he asks his team to applaud someone’s performance. It displays the exertion and hard work that went into filming the movie within a confined space. The teaser of the flick, through jump cuts, showed a series of events that culminated in someone getting thrown off the train.
Train is hyped to be a time bound thriller that primarily unfolds within a train revolving around daily commuters. The casting team of the entertainer also includes actors Narain, Sampath Raj, Kalaiyarasan, Rohan Suresh, Nasser, Suresh Chandra Menon, Kaniha, K S Ravikumar, Yugi Sethu, Thrigun Arun, Singampuli, Vincent Ashokan, Ajay Ratnam, G R Aathithyaa, Babloo Prithiveeraj, Shaji, Ganesh Venkatraman, Preethy Karan, Janany, Diya Sharma, Komagan, and Selvaah Chandrasekhar.
Director Mysskin, who debuted as a musician in Vidharth’s Devil, has also composed music for this movie. A single ‘Kannakuzhikaaraa’ in the vocals of Shruthi Haasan lyrics inked by Kavi Kabilan, is already out from the album. Cinematographer Fowzia Fathima has overseen the visuals and camera division for the flick.
Editor Sri Watson has been contracted to chop and patch the venture. Art director Mohana Mahendran has built sets for the drama. Stunt master Sudheesh has served as stunt coordinator for the entertainer. The film is funded by Kalaipuli S Thanu under his home production V Creations.
On the work side, actor Vijay Sethupathi will next be seen in a cameo in Jailer 2 filmed by Nelson Dilipkumar in which he has featured with actors Rajinikanth & S J Suryah, Pisasu 2 crafted by Mysskin in which he has starred alongside actresses Andrea Jeremiah & Poorna, and a Telugu movie SlumDog: 33 Temple Road created by Puri Jagannadh in which he has performed with actress Wamiqa Gabbi. The Ace actor is now busy shooting for Arasan helmed by Vetri Maaran in which he will be associating with actors Silambarasan & Andrea Jeremiah, and Pocket Novel scripted by Thiagarajan Kumararaja in which he will be collaborating with actors Kishore, Raj B Shetty, & Malavika Mohanan.
On the other hand, actress Shruthi Haasan will soon have a release in Telugu cinema via Aakasamlo Oka Tara created by Avinash Arun in which she has partnered with actors Dulquer Salmaan & Satvika Veeravalli. The Laabam actress is presently immersed in her next Telugu entertainer Salaar 2 directed by Prashanth Neel in which she will be working with actors Prabhas & Prithviraj Sukumaran, and a Hindi drama Rashna: The Ray Of Light helmed by Vibha Singh in which she will be seen alongside actors Sonali Bendre, Nargis Fkhri, & Kay Kay Menon.
