Earlier this year they had dropped the first look poster of the flick on social media. They have now released the trailer of the drama

Taking to his official X handle, music composer D Imman launched the trailer of Vadam and wrote, “திமில் கொண்ட காளையின் வீர ஆட்டம்! Proudly presenting the Vadam Trailer Idhu unmaiya’ana Manjuvirattu sambavam! Get ready for a high-octane rural action drama. Trailer out now! Trailer Link: Vadam From March 6th. A D Imman Musical. One and a half minutes of the trailer of Vadam opens to a Vada Manjuvirattu setting with a bull raging forward surrounded by participants trying to tame it. The scene cuts to a character telling someone, “Have to chop someone’s head off.” He asks, “Who is the man?” The visuals present us with high octane action blocks and bloody violent murders.

The conversation continues and the man expresses his concern, “They seem to be ordinary workers. Will they have mettles to do it?” In a scene we witness actor Aadukalam Naren mouthing, “For me this land, and people of the ten villages are important.” Subsequently an individual says, “Someone who kills for money may withdraw. But one who is doing it for prestige will never bow out.”

In a shot we see actor Madhusudhan Rao instructing someone, “Do not attempt to kill him in stealth mode, get in front of him and do it.” Vadam is said to be a rural sports film predicated on the traditional sport of Vada Manjuvirattu. The sport is very much like Jallikattu (bull taming) where contenders strive to tame a bull within a specific time span.

Star cast of the film also includes actors Bala Saravanan, Munishkanth, Karunakaran, Aadukalam Naren, Dwivika, Madhusudhan Rao, Vijay Siyon, John Vijay, Deepa Shankar, and Indumathy Manikandan. Music director D Imman has handled musical gears for the entertainer. Vadam marks his third affiliation with actor Vemal after their successful outings in Desingu Raja and Oru Oorula Rendu Raja.

Cinematographer Prasanna S Kumar has been behind lens for the venture. Editor V J Sabu Joseph has been brought on board to chop and patch the flick. Art director V Sasikumar has erected sets for the film. Action director G N Murugan has engineered an action movie for the drama. The entertainer is bankrolled by R Veerasekar under the production label Masani Pictures.
