Actor Pavish Narayan launched his career as a lead hero in Kollywood via the coming-of-age romantic comedy film Nilavuku Enmel Ennadi Kobam which hit the screens under the directorial of actor Dhanush with actors Mathew Thomas, Anikha Surendran, and Priya Prakash Varrier in lead roles. He has now inked his signature to play the lead in his sophomore project, a sports drama titled Attacker. Debutant story teller Dhamo Naagapooshnam will be directing the entertainer. The story credit is also accredited to him.
Actress Avantika Sundar, daughter of Khusbhu Sundar and Sundar C, will be making her debut in Tamil cinema with her female lead role in the flick. Actors Aji Lal and Gautham will be portraying key supporting roles in the entertainer. The shoot for the project is set to go on floors in July. The production house has scheduled to wrap the shoot for the venture by the end of this year. Meanwhile, they have now released an announcement video for the project on social media.

One minute odd announcement video of Attacker introduces characters from its game. Actor Pavish Narayan plays a character named Veeran. Actress Avantika Sundar will be essaying a part named Frida. Actor Aji Lal will be seen as Whyaa. Actor Gautham will essay a role named Jana.
Attacker is touted as Kollywood’s first ever volleyball-centric sports drama, revolving around a diverse group of people united by the passion for the sport. Inspiring and intense sports movies have been exceptionally well received by Tamil audiences. The likes of Vennila Kabadi kuzhu, Jeeva, Irudhi Suttru, and Bison Kaalamaadan stand tall in the category. Hence, there are massive expectations on the entertainer.
Interestingly, actor Pavish Narayan also worked as an assistant director in six of actor Dhanush’s films Raayan, Captain Miller, Vaathi, Naane Varuvean, Thiruchitrambalam, and Maaran. The makers are currently zeroing in on the rest of the artists that will be part of the cast. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be made soon. Cinematographer Sai Munish has been trusted with the cinematography division of the flick.
Editor Arul Moses has been bestowed with the responsibility to chop and patch the entertainer. Art director Ramu Thangaraj will be designing the background for the venture. Stunt director Murali G will be fashioning action blocks for the movie. The project is funded by Dinesh Raj under the production house Zinema Media And Entertainment Ltd.
On the work front, actor Pavish Narayan is eagerly anticipating the release of his next venture Love Oh Love helmed by director Magesh Rajendran in which he has shared screen space with actors Adithya Kathir, Naga Durga, Selvaraghavan, & K S Ravikumar. On the other hand, actress Avantika Sundar is simultaneously shooting for her debut Malayalam flick Aarambham directed by story teller Sujesh Annie Eapen in which she will be co-starring with actors Althaf Salim, Krishna Shankar, Saritha, & Indrans.
