First Look Poster Of Keerthy Suresh’s Dorothy Is Here!
Actress Keerthy Suresh lastly entertained audiences in the crime comedy drama Revolver Rita helmed by J K Chandru with actors Radhika Sarathkumar, Redin Kingsley, and Sunil in the lead roles. The Saani Kaayidham actress is now eagerly expecting the release of her next movie christened Dorothy. Story teller Karthik Subbaraj, who impressed the audience with his work in Jigarthanda and Iraivi, has penned and directed the venture. He has worked with writer Saravanan Chandran to develop the story of the flick.
Actors Sananth and Rishikanth have played prominent supporting roles in the entertainer. The shoot for the drama predominantly took place in and around the surroundings of Madurai. Meanwhile, the makers have now dropped the first look poster, and officially announced the release date for the venture on social media. Dorothy is all set to release in theaters worldwide on 25th of September.

The first look poster of the entertainer features a close-up trio portrait of actors Keerthy Suresh, Sananth and Rishikanth in psychedelic truck aesthetic style. Dorothy is selected to be screened at the esteemed Toronto International Film Festival. Karthik Subbaraj has expressed that the project’s story is very close to his heart, and he has waited for a long time to bring it to life.
Music director Ilaiyaraaja has orchestrated the musical score for the movie. Cinematographer S Thirunavukkarasu has headed the cinematography department of the entertainer. Editor Ganesh Siva has been brought on board to bring coherence to the flick. Art director Jyothish Keshav has erected sets for the drama. Stunt director Dinesh Subbarayan has fashioned action moves for the venture.
The project is produced by Karthik Subbaraj himself under the banner house Dhammam Films, in affiliation with Guneet Monga Kapoor and Achin Jain under the production company Sikhya Entertainment, along with Jyoti Deshpande for the production label Jio Studios.
On the work side, actress Keerthy Suresh is gearing up for a release across industries in Tamil via Sathyavan Savithiri helmed by Praveen S in which she has partnered with actors Mysskin & Shilpa Manjunath, in Telugu via Rowdy Janardhana crafted by Ravi Kiran Kola in which she has featured with actors Vijay Deverakonda & Rashmika Mandanna, and in Hindi via Raftaar filmed by Aditya Nimbalkar in which she has performed alongside actor Rajkumar Rao.
