Actor Siddharth lastly had a release in the digital space in the sports thriller Test directed by S Sashikanth with actors R Madhavan, Meera Jasmine, and Nayanthara in lead roles. Actor Sarathkumar lastly entertained audiences in the coming-of-age romantic comedy film Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam crafted by actor Dhanush. They will soon have a release in the coming-of-age family drama 3BHK.
Director Sri Ganesh, who is known for 8 Thottakkal, has inked and filmed the movie. Writer Aravindh Sachidanandam has shaped the story of the flick. Kannada actress Chaitra J Achar will make her debut in Tamil cinema with her female lead part in the drama. 3BHK will be releasing in theaters worldwide on 4th of July.
The makers have been aggressively promoting the flick on social media. They have now shared the trailer of the entertainer. Taking to their official X profile, the team of Shanthi Talkies dropped a special poster along with a link to the trailer of 3BHK and captioned it, “3BHK Trailer OUT NOW!!! உங்க கருத்த தெரிஞ்சுக்க ஆவலா இருக்கோம். 3BHK 3BHK from JULY 4.” Here is the post made by the production team.
Three minute trailer of 3BHK opens with a person asking actor Siddharth, “Years of dream, no?” He responds, “34 years for me. More than that for my dad.” Following which we have actress Meetha Raghunath telling her father (Sarathkumar), “Pa, when we build our house in the near future, let us build a big bungalow.” He adds, “A board at our gate, Vasudevan & family.” We have few glimpses that establish the bond between the family.
In a subsequent shot actor Yogi Babu says, “Looks like I watched Suryavamsam.” The shot cuts to actor Sarathkumar telling a builder, “I have saved 7.5 lakhs.” To which he responds, “Are you trying to joke with numbers like 7.5 and 8.5?” Then his daughter tells him, “No need to check our account to know if we have the required money or not. They will guess by looking at our body language, pa.” The trailer beautifully captures the aspiration and struggles of a middle-class family to own a house.
Casting crew of 3BHK also comprises actors Sarathkumar, Meetha Raghunath, Devayani, Yogi Babu, Subbu Panchu, Aalam, Vivek Prasanna, Mrithika, and Aarti Desai. Debutant music director Amrit Ramnath has handled musical instruments for the entertainer. Already four numbers ‘Kanavellam’, ‘Thullum Nenjam’, ‘Idi Mazhai’, and ‘Oru Kana’ are out from the album.
Cinematographers B Dinesh Krishnan and Jithin Stanislaus have operated camera gears for the movie. Editor Ganesh Siva Ali has been brought on board to work on the editing division of the film. Art director N Vinoth Rajkumar has fashioned a background for the venture. Stunt master Sajid Ali has choreographed action blocks for the project. The entertainer is backed by Arun Viswa under his production label Shanthi Talkies.
On the work side, actor Siddharth will have his next outing in Indian 3 helmed by Shankar in which he has featured alongside actors Kamal Hassan, Kajal Aggarwal, S J Suryah, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bobby Simha.
On the other hand, actress Chaitra Achar is anticipating the release of her next Kannada film Strawberry scripted by Arjun Lewis in which she has co starred with actors VJ Vineeth and Shruthi Hariharan.
