Rajiv Gandhi assassination case is now a cinema

The former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, the son of Indira Gandhi was assassinated and his life story was taken as a cinema by the Kollywood director R.K. Selvamani and the movie was released in the title ‘Kuttrapathirikkai’ after 14 years.

After that the Karnataka fame director A.M.R. Ramesh has directed the movie based on Rajiv Gandhi murderers Sivarasan and Subha in the title ‘Cyanide’ in Kannada language and the same movie was released in Tamil as ‘Kuppi’.

Currently the director A.M.R. Ramesh has decided to direct again Rajiv Gandhi case in the title ‘Manitha Vedikundu’. He has made a visit to Sri Perumbudhur and has studied about the case in detail and has planned to direct the movie. The shoot will commence from August 20th and will be released on May 21st next year.
