The shooting of the project was happening in full swing at the outset of Chennai in the big football stadium set erected to shoot the venture. The production unit had publicized earlier that they would be launching the first look as well as the second look of the project on the actors birthday as a double treat to fans. As said the first look of the sports entertainer was launched by the production house at 6 pm on 21 of June, a day before the actor’s birthday.

Taking to her twitter handle the producer of the big venture, Archana Kalpathi has unveiled the first look of the flick along with the title ‘Bigil.’ Writer and director of the movie Atlee also shared the first look on his twitter handle under the caption, ‘birthday gift to Vijay anna.’ We are sure that the first look poster is going to be a great treat for the fans of the actor who have already began to set it as their social media display picture.
Touted to be an action sports drama, the cinema will have actor Vijay in dual roles. The two looks from the poster propels us to presume that it will be of father and son. The Vijay with older look appears menacing with shades of gray hair and with a sword planted nearby his feet making him perfect for the role of a gangster hailing from North Madras. While the younger version of Vijay is seen tossing up a football with a label of famous Manchester United football club in air with a defiant look on his face.
