Yoga Is The Best Way To Feel Better Says Simran

Actress Simran or simply ‘the dream girl of 90’s kids’ or ‘the dance queen’ made her debut in Tamil cinema back in the year 1997 through the flick V. I. P. which hit the screens under the direction of storyteller Sabapathy Dekshinamurthy with actors Prabu Deva and Abbas in the lead roles. The actress right away got the attention of the youngsters in the state in her very first film. The success of the venture ensured decades-long market for her in the South Indian cinema. Projects came her way from multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi which has kept her busy in the industry for nearly two and half decades. The actress who had slowed down in committing to movies after her marriage is once again back to the industry and has been briskly signing up ventures. 

Just like any actresses today, even the Jodi actress is quite active on social media. Sometimes she shares pictures of herself, or keeps making reminiscence posts of her blockbuster films to her followers. In the recent post she made on social media, the actress has opted to inspire her fans, and encourage them to take up Yoga. Taking to her official Instagram handle, the actress shared a picture of herself, and wrote, “Sunlight vitamin D. There is no alternative than taking care of yourself. Yoga is the best way to feel better from within and without.” Here is the post made by the actress.

In the picture, the actress is seen in a green attire and with her eyes closed facing the sun with absolute tranquility. The fans of the actress are super excited to see her and are showering their love for her by liking and commenting on the picture. Yoga enthusiasts have jumped right in on the post and have been seconding her comment. Seems like a season of celebrities encouraging their fans to take up Yoga and exercising in Kollywood. Many stars in k-town like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Rashmika Mandanna, have been sharing their workout videos on their social media and have been encouraging their followers to take up some form of physical exercise to stay healthy. Actress Simran is the latest to add on to that long list. 

On the work front, actress Simran who was last seen in Tamil in the web drama Mahaan is currently busy shooting for next project titled Captain under the directorial of film maker Shakti Soundar Rajan in which she will be sharing the screen space with actors Arya and Aishwarya Lekshmi. She also has a couple of ventures christened Rocketry: Nambi Vilaivu helmed by director R. Madhavan who has also starred in the drama, and Andhagan filmed by storyteller Thiagarajan in which she will be seen alongside actor Prashant, in various stages of post-production. Apart from these ventures, the actress has her long-delayed films Dhruva Natchathiram directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon with actor Vikram in the lead, and Vanangamudi helmed by director Selva in which she has shared the screen space with actors Arvind Swamy and Ritika Singh awaiting release.
