Vijay has made his entry into Kollywood industry through the movie Naalaya Theerpu by his father SA Chandrasekharan. He has acted in Rasigan, Deva but his Poove Unakaga has recognized him as an actor. Later he has acted in Kaadhalukku Mariyaadhai and it was a hit movie.
When asked Vijay’s father SA Chandrasekharan, he has told his favorite Vijay movies are Sachin and Kathi. He has said as Kathi movie has given social awareness for many he has liked the movie very much.
When asked his mother Shobana, she has told her favorite Vijay’s movie was his Kaadhalukku Mariyaadhai. He has paired Shaalini and the movie was directed by Faasil and the movie was a successful hit movie and has earned good collections for the box office.
