Title Announcement Teaser Of Ashok Selvan’s Next Project Is Here!

Actor Ashok Selvan was last seen on screens in a supporting role in the gangster action film Thug Life filmed by Mani Ratnam with actors Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan in the lead roles. The Blue Star actor is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming romantic action movie christened Anbil Avan. Debutant director R Kaarthikeyan has written and directed the movie. He has worked with Vignesh Raja, Ashok Selvan, and Asha Meera Aiyappan to shape the flow of the movie. 

Creator Vignesh Raja has conceptualized the story of the drama. Actress Preity Mukundan of Idhayam Murali fame, will be seen in the female lead role in the flick. The makers have fixed September as the release window for the movie. An official release date for the film is expected to be announced soon. Meanwhile, they have now released the first look poster and title announcement video of the flick on social media. 

Taking to their official X account, the team of Ayngaran International dropped the first look poster along with a link to the title announcement video of Anbil Avan and wrote, “Some stories begin with a meeting. The one-minute odd title announcement teaser of Anbil Avan begins with a long landscape shot of a sea from the shore. Then pan out to the back shot of actors Ashok Selvan and Preity Mukundan on the shore. The scene shifts to actor Ashok Selvan striking out the bride’s father from the marriage certificate and writing ‘bride’s forever,’ while actress Preity Mukundan looks at him romantically. Then in a shot actress Preity Mukundan asks actor Ashok Selvan, “Suriya, do you love me so much?” He responds, “You are my heartbeat.” 

Apart from Ashok Selvan and Preity Mukundan, the casting unit of Anbil Avan also has actors Sabumon Abdusamad, Kadirbalu, Mahadevan Ganesh, and Dhanushan in various supporting roles. Music director Govind Vasantha has been trusted with the musical department of the flick. Cinematographer Gowtham Rajendran has headed the cinematography division of the venture. 

Editor Selva R K has been brought on board to chop and patch the entertainer. Art director Manikandan Srinivasan has designed the background for the drama. Stunt director Peter Hein has choreographed action moves in the film. Anbil Avan is backed by Ashok Selvan himself along with Abinaya Selvam under their home banner Happy High Pictures, in association with K Karunamoorthy and Kavitha Pandian for the production label Ayngaran International. 

On the work side, actor Ashok Selvan is presently engrossed in a couple of his untitled projects helmed by Dharani Rajendran in which he will be costarring with actors Sasikumar, Sshivada, & Bhavani Sre, another created by Manikandan in which he will be seen alongside actress Nimisha Sajayan, Redrum directed by Vikram Shreedharan in which he will be joining forces with actress Samyukta Hornad, and Nenjamellam Kadhal crafted by Nirman in which he will be partnering with actress Avantika Mishra. 

On the other hand, actress Preity Mukundan is enthusiastically expecting the release of her Hindi flick Naagzilla scripted by Mrighdeep Lamba in which she has teamed up with actors Kartik Aaryan & Ravi Kishan. The Star actress is now busy with her future Tamil venture Dashamakan crafted by Vineeth Varaprasad in which she will be featuring with actors Harish Kalyan & Sathyaraj, a couple of Telugu entertainers George Krish helmed by Sreenu Vaitla in which she will be romancing actor Sharwanand, and Emo Emo Idi scripted by Sailesh Kolanu in which she will be working with actor Roshann Meka.
