Title Announcement Promo Of Vikram’s Next Project Is Here!

Actor Vikram last graced the silver screens in the neo noir action thriller Veera Dheera Sooran scripted by S U Arun Kumar with actors S J Suriya and Dushara Vijayan in the lead roles. The Cobra actor is now busy shooting for his upcoming movie provisionally titled Chiyaan 63. Director Anand Shankar, who previously worked with actor Vikram in Iru Mugan, is directing the drama. The story credit of the film is also attributed to him. Writer Shan Karuppusamy has written dialogue for the film. 

Malayalam producer and actress Riya Shibu will make her Kollywood debut with a prominent role in this venture. So far, principal photography for the film has taken place mainly in and around the neighborhoods of Chennai. We now have news that the venture has been titled Power House. The makers themselves have announced the news on social media along with a title announcement promo. 

Taking to their official X handle, team of Sathya Jyothi Films shared a special poster along with a link to the title announcement promo of Power House and wrote, “CHIYAAN in the HOUSE, for POWER HOUSE. The three minutes odd title announcement promo opens with actor Vikram promising his client via a call, “100% guarantee. Boss, your family wedding is like our family wedding. Whatever is meant to happen, will happen exactly as it is supposed to happen. Our service is perfect.” The scene cuts to his staff reporting to him about the purchases and preparations made for the wedding. 

Following which he asks someone, “Keethu, what are you doing?” She responds, “You went out. So, I am supervising. But how do you get work out of them? It is quite difficult.” Then we have actress Urvashi squabbling with actor VTV Ganesh, “Where are the cashews that were here? I placed the fried cashew here. Behave yourself, and return the cashews.” He says, “Sister, you are insulting me. Do l look like someone who steals and eats cashews.”

Actor Vikram’s character goes to the storeroom to fetch more cashews for cooking. We see a different side of actor Vikram’s character when he has someone beaten to a pulp in the storeroom, leaving blood flowing across the floors. The promo ends with him telling the individual, “Why are you impatient? I have just begun to cook. I will let you go only after I provide you with a full meal. 100% guarantee.”

Power House is hyped as a high-octane action thriller starring actor Vikram as a chef. Apart from Vikram and Riya Shibu, the casting crew of Power House also has actors Urvashi, Samyuktha Hegde, VTV Ganesh, M S Bhaskar, and Shammi Thilakan in various supporting roles. Music director Santhosh Narayanan has been hired to handle musical gear for the drama. He is collaborating with actor Vikram for the second time after their superhit album in Karthik Subbaraj’s Mahaan. 

Cinematographer R D Rajasekar is overseeing the cinematography division of the flick. Editor Raymond Derrick Crasta has been bestowed with the responsibility to chop and patch the entertainer. Art director Surya Rajeevan is designing the background for the venture. Action director Stunt Silva is fashioning action blocks in the movie. Power House is backed by Arjun Thyagarajan and Sendhil Thyagarajan along with Sai Siddharth and G Saravanan under the production studio Sathya Jyothi Films. 

On the work front, actor Vikram is concomitantly busy with his next projects tentatively titled Chiyaan 64 created by C Prem Kumar, Chiyaan 65 helmed by Bodi Rajkumar in which he will be associating with actress Shruti Haasan, and Mahavir Karna helmed by R S Vimal in which he will be starring with actors Suresh Gopi and Jagan. Besides these films, he has his long-delayed venture Dhruva Natchathiram directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon in which he has worked with actors Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Parthiban, and Simran in the trunk awaiting release.
