‘Loser Song’ Second Single From Dulquer Salmaan’s I’M Game Is A Swaggy Number!
Actor Dulquer Salmaan had his last outing in Kollywood via the period crime thriller movie Kaantha filmed by Selvamani Selvaraj with actress Bhagyashri Borse in the female lead role. The O Kadhal Kanmani actor is now looking forward to the release of his upcoming Tamil Malayalam bilingual action thriller drama titled I’m Game. Malayalam director Nahas Hidhayath will open his account as a story teller in Tamil cinema with the flick.
Writers Shabas Rasheed, Vasanth Adarsh Sukumaran, and Sajeer Baba have written the film’s dialogue. Creators Sajeer Baba, Bilal Moidu, and Ismail Aboobacker have helped shape the screenplay of the drama. Actress Kayadu Lohar of Dragon fame has starred as the female lead in the venture. I’m Game is set to release in theaters worldwide on 3rd of September. The makers had recently unveiled the trailer and a single from the album on social media. They have now released the second single from the album.
Taking to his official X profile, actor Dulquer Salmaan himself dropped a special poster along with links to the second single, ‘Loser Song’, from I’m Game in various languages and wrote, “No matter the language, the vibe hits the same! The LOSER SONG from I’M GAME is officially OUT NOW in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada! Im Game, Dulquer Salmaan, Loser Song, Nahas Hidhayath, Jakes Bejoy.” Here is the post made by the actor.
Singers Benny Dayal, Reble, and Neeraj Madhav have lent their voice for the song. Lyricist Vignesh Ramakrishna has penned the lyrics of the track. The rap portion is written by Reble and Neeraj Madhav. The soundtrack is mixed and mastered by Balu Thankachan. Dance master Sandy has choreographed dance moves for the number. Music director Jakes Bejoy has handled musical gear for the venture.
The trailer of the movie, which was released earlier, had a philosophical and colorful take on betting, narrated by Dulquer Salmaan, who undergoes therapy for his gambling addiction. Besides Dulquer Salmaan, and Kayadu Lohar, the casting crew of I’m Game also has actors Mysskin, Samyuktha Viswanathan, Vinay Forrt, Kathir, Antony Varghese Pepe, Sandy, Anand Krishnan, Shree Tej S K, Parth Tiwari, Aadam, and Anshif D P depicting various supporting characters.
Cinematographer Jimshi Khalid has overseen the visuals and camera division for the drama. The editing department of the film has been handed over to editor Chaman Chakko. Art director Ajayan Chalissery has engineered sets for the flick. Action directors Anbu and Arivu have choreographed action blocks in the project. I’m Game is bankrolled by Dulquer Salmaan himself in partnership with Jom Varghese under the banner house Wayfarer Films.
On the professional front, actor Dulquer Salmaan has a couple of projects lined up for release in Tollywood via Aakasamlo Oka Tara directed by Pavan Sadineni in which he will be seen alongside actresses Satvika Veeravalli & Shruti Haasan, and Sri Sri helmed by Ravibabu Nelakuditi in which he has romanced actress Pooja Hegde. The Vaayai Moodi Pesavum actor is now focused on his next Malayalam drama Lokah Chapter 2 crafted by Dominic Arun in which he will be co-starring with actors Tovino Thomas & Kalyani Priyadarshan.
On the other hand, actress Kayadu Lohar will soon have a release in Tamil cinema via Immortal created by Mariyappan Chinna in which she has joined forces with actor G V Prakash Kumar, and a Telugu flick The Paradise directed by Srikanth Odela in which she has romanced actor Nani. The Idhayam Murali actress is now immersed in her future Tamil movie tentatively christened Suriya 48 filmed by T J Gnanavel in which she will be appearing with actor Suriya, Manjanathi helmed by Mari Selvaraj in which she will be featuring with actors Kathir & Priyanka Arulmohan, and a Malayalam entertainer Thaaram scripted by Vinay Govind in which she will be performing alongside actors Nivin Pauly & Nikhila Vimal.
