‘Arugey Arugey’ First Single From Dulquer Salmaan’s I’M Game Is Here!
Actor Dulquer Salmaan was last seen on screens in Tamil cinema in the period crime thriller flick Kaantha created by Selvamani Selvaraj with actress Bhagyashri Borse as female lead. The Vaayai Moodi Pesavum actor is now gearing up for the release of his next Tamil Malayalam bilingual action thriller drama I’m Game. Malayalam film maker Nahas Hidhayath will make his debut as a director in Kollywood with the entertainer.
Writers Shabas Rasheed, Vasanth Adarsh Sukumaran, and Sajeer Baba have penned dialogues for the flick. Creators Sajeer Baba, Bilal Moidu, and Ismail Aboobacker have helped structure the movie’s pacing. Actress Kayadu Lohar of Dragon fame has portrayed the female lead role in the entertainer. I’m Game is scheduled to hit screens worldwide on 20th of August. The production house had recently unveiled the trailer of the venture. They have now launched the first single from the album on social media.
Taking to his official X timeline, actor Kayal Devaraj dropped a special poster along with a link to the first single ‘Arugey Arugey’ from I’m Game and worded, “Love that colours every season Arugey Arugey Out Now. Singer Armaan Malik has lent his voice for the track. Lyricist Vignesh Ramakrishna has written lyrics for the song. The number is mixed and mastered by Balu Thankachan. The trailer of the film, which released earlier, had a philosophical and colorful take on betting, narrated by Dulquer Salmaan, who undergoes therapy for his gambling addiction.
Besides Dulquer Salmaan, and Kayadu Lohar, the star cast of I’m Game also has actors Mysskin, Kathir, Samyuktha Viswanathan, Sandy, Antony Varghese Pepe, Shree Tej S K, Aadam, Anshif D P, Vinay Forrt, Anand Krishnan, and Parth Tiwari playing various supporting roles. Music composer Jakes Bejoy has scored music for the drama. Cinematographer Jimshi Khalid has headed the cinematography division of the movie.
Editor Chaman Chakko has been trusted with the editing department of the flick. Art director Ajayan Chalissery has designed the background for the film. Stunt directors Anbu and Arivu have engineered action blocks in the venture. I’m Game is produced by Dulquer Salmaan himself in affiliation with Jom Varghese under the production label Wayfarer Films.
On the professional front, actor Dulquer Salmaan is expecting successive releases in Tollywood via Aakasamlo Oka Tara crafted by Pavan Sadineni in which he has costarred with actresses Satvika Veeravalli & Shruti Haasan, and Sri Sri scripted by Ravibabu Nelakuditi in which he has partnered with actress Pooja Hegde. The O Kadhal Kanmani star is now engrossed in his next Malayalam film Lokah Chapter 2 helmed by Dominic Arun in which he will be seen alongside actors Tovino Thomas & Kalyani Priyadarshan.
