First Glimpse Of Arulnithi’s Vetta Saami Is Intensely Fierce!
Actor Arulnithi Tamilarasu was last seen on screens in the social drama Arulvaan helmed by Ganesh Vinayakan with actors Arav, Ramya Pandian, and Krithika in the lead roles. The Iravukku Aayiram Kangal actor is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming rural drama titled Vetta Saami. Story teller M Selvakumar, who previously helmed the film Bumper, has written and directed the movie.
Actor and director Ameer Sultan has played a prominent character in the drama. The production house is eyeing to bring the film to theaters by the end of this year. An official release date for the movie is expected to be announced soon. Meanwhile, the makers have begun to promote the movie. As part of it, they have now unveiled the first glimpse of the entertainer on social media.
Taking to his official X account, story teller Lokesh Kanagaraj launched the glimpse video of Vetta Saami and captioned it, “Elated to unveil the glimpse of Vetta Saami My hearty wishes and congratulations to Arulnithi Tamilarasu bro, Ameer sir and the entire team. 7 Miles Per Second Productions, M Selvakumar, Antony L Ruben, Ghibran Vaibodha, R D Rajasekar, Dinesh Ashok, Jegan Kaviraj, Madhavi Villisai, Samuel Mathew, AIM Pro.” Here is the post made by the director.
The one-minute glimpse video of Vetta Saami opens with a thumping folk song, showing a crowd gathered for a village festival. The scene cuts to a backside shot of Arulnithi Tamilarasu dressed as a deity, then pans to the effigy of a village deity and back to the face of the actor. Following this, we see a shot of actor Ameer Sultan as one of the priests sacrificing a goat. The glimpse video concludes with actor Arulnithi Tamilarasu beating a group of men to a pulp.
Apart from Arulnithi Tamilarasu and Ameer Sultan, the ensemble cast of Vetta Saami also has actors Hareesh Peradi, Aadukalam Naren, Viji Chandrasekar, Madhusudhan Rao, Kavitha Bharathi, Tamizh, Indumathi Manikandan, Sathish Kannan, Mynaa Nandhini, Jashik, Ayaz Khan, Nandhini, Seranraj, Arjai, Murali Abbas, Sanjay, Aaru Bala, O A K Sundar, TSK, Feroz, and Dhanush Karthik in various supporting roles. Music composer Ghibran Vaibodha has been trusted with the musical division of the entertainer.
Cinematographer R D Rajasekar has taken care of the cinematography department of the movie. Editor Antony L Ruben has been bestowed with the responsibility to bring coherence to the film. Art director G Durairaj has fashioned background for the project. Stunt director Siruthai Ganesh has served as the stunt coordination for the flick. Vetta Saami is backed by Samuel Mathew along with Monika Hari Rao under the production banner 7 Miles Per Second Productions.
On the professional side, actor Arulnithi Tamilarasu is now expecting the release of Demonte Colony 3 created by Ajay Gnanamuthu in which he has romanced actress Priya Bhavani Shankar. The D Block actor is now occupied in his future project My Dear Sister directed by Prabhu Jeyaram in which he will be sharing screen space with actresses Mamta Mohandas & Meenakshi Govindarajan, and Pugazhendhi Enum Naan helmed by director Karu Pazhaniappan.
On the other hand, actor Ameer Sultan will soon have a release in the digital space via Nilamellam Ratham scripted by Ramesh Balakrishnan, and Narkali filmed by V Z Dhorai in which he has featured alongside actor Imman Annachi. The Uyir Thamizhukku actor is presently engaged in his next Tamil flick Arasan crafted by Vetrimaaran in which he will be starring with actors Vijay Sethupathi, Silambarasan, & Andrea Jeremiah, and Vaadivaasal created by Vetrimaaran in which he will be performing alongside actor Suriya & Andrea Jeremiah.
