Written, produced, directed, and acted by Raghava Lawrence, ‘Kanchana 2’ was released a few years back in April 2015 which proved to be a commercial hit at the box office. Now it has been officially informed that its sequel ‘Kanchana 3’ will be screened on 18th April 2019. The first look of the movie will be released along with Superstar Rajnikanth’s upcoming film ‘Petta’ that will be screened in theatres by Pongal 2019.
The movie has been in the development for a while now and it is nearing the completion. Bigg Boss 1 fame Oviya has been cast to play the female lead and Vedhika who acted the lead role in the first film of the series ‘Muni’ will also play an important role alongside Raghava Lawrence.
Raghava Lawrence is diligent to leave no stone unturned with the final outcome and the followers of ‘Muni’ series is already hyped about the movie. The film will be a complete entertainment package by Raghava Lawrence which will be written, directed, and produced under his production company Raghavendra Productions.
The film also stars actors like Kovai Sarala, Manobala, Nikki Tamboli, Kabir Duhan Singh, Sriman, Devadarshini, and Sathyaraj in pivotal roles. The music for the film has been composed by Thaman S.
