Pari Elavazhagan’s Anbe Diana Trailer: A Hilarious And Bumby Ride From An Intercultural Romance To Walking Down The Aisle!

Actor Pari Elavazhagan last graced the silver screens in the social drama Jama directed by himself with actress Ammu Abhirami as female lead. The Bottle Radha actor is now gearing up for the release of his next romantic comedy flick christened Anbe Diana. He has depicted a character named Chirumamilla Sita Krishna aka CSK in the movie. Besides headlining the venture, he has also written and directed the project. 

Actress Ramya Ranganathan of Nilavuku Enmel Ennadi Kobam fame will be seen in a character named Magik Diana D’Souza in the film. Anbe Diana has been primarily shot in the locales of Perambur. The film is poised to release in theaters worldwide on 17th of July. Earlier, the makers had launched a title teaser and singles from the album on social media. They have now launched the trailer of the drama.  

Taking to their official X profile, the team of Million Dollars Studios shared a special poster along with a link to the trailer of Anbe Diana and wrote, “Presenting the Trailer of the Fun-Loaded, Heartwarming and Wholesome Family Entertainer – Anbe Diana Watch Trailer. The nearly three minutes trailer of Anbe Diana starts with a voiceover, “For the first time in Indian screenplay history a new film with a unique screenplay is going to be released.” Then we have the intro of actor Gopi Aravindhraja to someone mouthing, “CSK Baskar and Bangalore uncle host the comedy show ‘Nagaichuvai Thingal.’” The shot cuts to actor Gopi Aravindhraja as pillion rider telling Pari Elavazhagan, “There is nothing that I do not know about Anglo Indians.”

The scene shifts to actor Chetan telling Roja Selvamani, “I married you without liking you.” She responds, “Yeah . . . Even without liking me you made me pregnant in a month.” Following which we have a character telling Pari Elavazhagan, “If an Anglo Indian woman is speaking with you, then you are blessed dude.” The shot cuts to actress Ramya Ranganathan telling Pari Elavazhagan, “Hey Bugger, I am so lucky to have you.” 

Subsequently, we learn that the parents of both Pari Elavazhagan and Ramya Ranganathan object to their marriage. In a shot Ramya Ranganathan’s father enounces, “The granddaughter of Randy Wilkins is marrying a Tamil guy. I find it even hard to say.” Following scene has actress Roja Selvamani saying, “If Maryamma applies Bindi and wears a saree, will she become Mariamma?”

The star cast of Anbe Diana also comprises actors Roja Selvamani, Chetan, Nikhila Sankar, Gopi Aravind, Sudharshan Gandhi, Cell Murugan, Ismath Banu, and Sooraj Santhosh. Music director Bharath Sankar has composed music for the flick. Already three tracks ‘Perambur Gaana’ sung by Jassie Gift & Bharath Sankar lyrics inked by Bakkiyam Shankar & Pari Elavazhaghan, ‘Thoduvaanathil’ in the voice of Sooraj Santhosh lyrics penned by Muthamil, and ‘Machan Maatikittan’ written & crooned by Sivam, is out from the album. 

Cinematographer Shelley Calist has handled camera gear for the venture. Editor Partha M A has been hired to bring coherence to the flick. Art director Mahendran has erected sets for the drama. Stunt director Don Ashok has choreographed action blocks in the movie. Anbe Diana is produced by Sathya Karikalan under the production company Million Dollars Studios in partnership with Yuvaraj Ganesan for the production house Neo Castle Creations. 

On the work front, actress Ramya Ranganathan will soon have her next release in Meesaya Murukku 2 headlined and helmed by Hiphop Tamizha Adhi with actors Chaithra J Achar, Ketika Sharma, Nassar, Yogi Babu, Shah Ra, Aadukalam Naren, and Karunas in lead roles.
