Through the success of “Irudhi Sutru”, Madhavan has knocked out his chocolate boy image and shown some hope for his re-entry in Kollywood. His well wishers like Mani Ratnam advised him to concentrate more on Tamil films, so he has decided to act in at-least 2 Tamil films and 1 Hindi film a year.
Gayathri, one of the assistant directors of the film “Iruthi sutru” has directed “Oram Po”, “Cutting” along with her husband pushkar. She has narrated a double hero subject to Madhavan during the shooting. It seems Madhavan too likes the story and has consented to act in her film.
The name has been decided for the film as “Vikram Veda” by Pushkar-Gayathri. Vickram, an encounter specialist role will be done by Madhavan. Veda, a don whose role may be done either by Vijay Sethupathi or Bobby Sinha.The film is produced by Sasikanth. Let us wait and watch if Madhavan could recapture his place in Kollywood in this round.
