Japan honours A.R. Rahman with an Award

The Japan country has announced ‘Buguvoko’ award for his work. Earlier A.R. Rahman was introduced through ‘Roja’ movie which was directed by Mani Ratnam. He has also composed music in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and English language movies. He has composed music for ‘Slum dog millionaire’ and has won Oscar awards.

Meanwhile in Japan an association has announced the award for his Excellency in music field. This award is declared each year by the association for Asia’s highest art dedication and this year the award is announced to Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman.

Earlier the award was got by Siddhar Specialist Ravi Shankar, dance master Padma Subramaniam, social and welfare field award for Asis Nandhi, political science for Partha Chatterjee, environmental organizer Vandhana Shiva, Art specialist Nalini Malini and many more have won this prestigious award.
