Actress Andrea Jeremiah is an exceptionally multi-talented star of Tamil cinema. The Pachaikili Muthucharam actress who began her career as a playback singer turned into a dubbing artist before becoming a successful leading lady in Kollywood. The actress was last seen in the thriller drama Anel Meley Pani Thuli which hit the Sony LIV OTT platform under the directorial debutant Kaiser Anand R with actor Aadhav Kannadasan in the lead. The drama opened to mixed reviews from the critics and audience alike. But actress Andrea Jeremiah’s performance in the movie has received critical acclamations. Now, the actress has moved on to her next movie titled Manushi. Story teller Gopi Nainar has directed the movie. The entertainer which went on floors with a small pooja ceremony some time back was wrapped last month. The flick is currently in the post production getting shaped for release.
Actress Andrea Jeremiah recently celebrated her 36th birthday. As a token of love and celebration, the production house has released the first look posters of the drama on social media. Actor Suriya Sivakumar has shared the poster. In one of the first look posters, actress Andrea Jeremiah is seen looking through a window locked behind an iron door with a distressed emotion on her face. In the other, she is seen crouching in front of what appears to be a policeman. The production unit has already begun promotional works for the flick. Speaking in a promotional event director Gopi Nainar revealed that the dubbing works for the entertainer have been finished, and with a little patchwork the movie will be ready for release. There is news that the production team is eyeing to bring the entertainer to theaters for summer holidays.
Director Gopi Nainar’s debut venture Aramm with actress Nayanthara in the lead was a runaway hit that catapulted him as a promising film maker of Tamil cinema. Thus, the anticipation for his sophomore project is quite high. The first look posters have only amplified expectations. Details about the cast and crew that worked on the project are awaited. Director Vetrimaaran has bankrolled the film under his home banner Grassroot Film Company along with E4U Entertainment and Ivy Entertainment. Story teller Vetrimaaran had also produced actress Andrea Jeremiah’s previous venture Anel Meley Pani Thuli.
On the work front, actress Andrea Jeremiah who was last seen on screens in Anel Meley Pani Thuli is currently busy shooting for two of her next untitled projects under the direction of story teller Dinesh Selvaraj and Bobby Antony. The Aayirathil Oruvan actress is gearing up for a successive release in the likes of Pisaasu 2 crafted by film maker Mysskin, and Kaa filmed by director Nanjil in which she has shared the screen place with late actor Salim Ghouse. In addition to these movies, the actress has Maaligai helmed by filmmaker Dil Sathya, and No Entry which is crafted by storyteller Alagu Karthik in various stages of post-production getting shaped for release.
