Actor Vishnu Vishal who was in a lot of financial struggles finally managed to break out of it and had a release last month in FIR helmed by story teller Manu Anand. The entertainer managed to register a decent box office collection. The actor was making plans to bring the film to the OTT platform for the past few weeks. Now, FIR has made its way to the online platform. It is available for streaming in the Amazon Prime Video. Now, the actor has moved on to promoting his next project named Mohan Das. The first look poster of the film which had actor Vishnu Vishal holding a hammer garnered a lot of attention when it was dropped on social media. Now, the production house has dropped the teaser of the flick on social media which is getting positive reviews.
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has shared the teaser of the film on social media. Taking to his official twitter account, the story teller shared the teaser of the movie with the message, “Mohan Das teaser is here. Looks Solid! Let the winning streak continue.” Watch the teaser of the film here.
The teaser open with the voiceover of actor Vishnu Vishal uttering, “Once there used to be a forest, in fact, a forest used to exist what now is a city. In that forest lived a lion. Hmm… A lion’s tale has been told many times. Fine, let’s go with tiger. Hmm… let’s go with panther. No, no, a fox would be better. Lion or tiger? Panther or fox?” Then goes on to sing, “Inky Pinky Ponky” before continuing with, “Lion it is! Immediately, don’t try your luck too. You will definitely not get a lion. But I only like lion! So, lion it is! A lion that has been hungry for a long time. A lion that would die if it doesn’t hunt its prey today. It looks at a beautiful deer that passes by. The lion chases the deer with full force. At this picture, if you feel that the deer should escape and the lion deserves to die, I am a villain! If you feel you care less for the deer’s life want the lion to hunt and eats its prey, I am a hero.” The teaser of the dark thriller indeed looks promising. The actor will be seen in the role of a civil engineer in the flick.
The drama is directed by story teller Murali Karthick. Actress Aishwarya Rajesh is essaying the female lead role in the film. Malayalam actor Indrajith Sukumaran will be seen in an important role. The music for the venture has been composed by K. S. Sundaramurthy. Cinematographer Vignesh Rajagopalan has cranked the camera for the film. The entertainer is edited by Kiripakaran Purushothaman. The film is bankrolled by the actor himself under his production house VV Studioz.
On the work front, actor Vishnu Vishal who was last seen in FIR is gearing up for the release of Mohan Das. Apart from this, the actor has his long-delayed ventures Idam Porul Eval directed by film maker Seenu Ramasamy, and Veera Dheera Sooran helmed by director Shankar Dayal in his pipeline awaiting release. As of now, the actor is yet to pen his signature for any other projects.
