Third Single ‘Pacha Pulla’ From Kavin And Nayanthara’s Hi Is Here!

Actor Kavin Raj lastly graced the silver screens in the action thriller movie Mask crafted by debutant director Vikarnan Ashok with actress Andrea Jeremiah as female lead. The Lift actor is now enthusiastically anticipating his next outing in the romantic drama titled Hi. Lyricist Vishnu Edavan will embark on his directorial debut with this feature film. Writer C U Muthuselvan has assisted in developing the plot of the drama. 

Actress Nayanthara will be romancing actor Kavin in the entertainer. Hi marks their first collaboration. Filming for the movie happened in several parts of Chennai, Chengalpattu, and Hyderabad. The venture is slated to hit screens worldwide on 14th of August. Meanwhile, the production house has been promoting the entertainer by sharing singles from the flick on social media. They have now dropped the third track from the album. 

Taking to their official X profile, the team of Seven Screen Studio launched a special poster along with a link to the third single ‘Pacha Pulla’ from Hi and wrote, “Love hit him first. Reality hit harder Pacha Pulla, the third single from Hi Movie, out now! A Jen Martin Musical. A film directed by Vishnu Edavan. Hi smiling in theatres worldwide from August 14, 2026. Kavin, Zee Studios, Zee Studios South, Rowdy Pictures, Seven Screen Studio, Rajesh Shukla, Philomin Raj, Nilesh Deorah, Girish Johar, Ameet Bhuvan, Vinoth CJ, Sony Music South India, Yuvraaj.” Here is the post made by the production unit. 

Singer Sathya Narayanan has lent his voice for the song. Lyricist Ashique A R has written lyrics for the track. The number is mixed and mastered by Sujith Sreedhar. Dance choreographer Kavya G has designed dance moves for the song. 

Music director Jen Martin has orchestrated the musical score for the project. He is once again joining hands with actor Kavin Raj for their fourth entertainer following their outstanding albums in Dada, Bloody Beggar, and Kiss. Two songs ‘Kannukuzhiya’ sung by G V Prakash Kumar, and ‘Rasagulla’ in the vocals of Anirudh Ravichander, are already out from the album. Director Vishnu Edavan himself has written lyrics for both the numbers. 

Apart from Kavin and Nayanthara, the casting team of the flick also has late actor Bhagyaraj, Fepsi Vijayan, Prabhu, Mirchy Kemy, Vtv Ganesh, Sathyan, Radhika Sarathkumar, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Kureshi, Kaviya Arivumani, Amrudha Srinivasan, and Adithya Kadhir portraying various supporting roles. 

Cinematographer Rajesh Shukla has been behind the lens for the venture. Editor Philomin Raj has been brought on board to work on the editing department of the flick. Art directors Kannan S and Sekar B have built sets for the drama. Action director Dinesh Kasi has designed action blocks in the flick.

The entertainer is funded by S S Lalit Kumar under his home production Seven Screen Studio, in affiliation with Nayanthara & Vignesh Shivan under the production studio Rowdy Pictures, along with Umesh Kumar Bansal for the production company Zee Studios. 

On the work front, actor Kavin Raj is now busy with his upcoming project provisionally titled Kavin 09 filmed by Ken Royson in which he will be costarring with actors Priyanka Arulmohan & Sandy Master, Kavin 11 crafted by director Praveen Paramasivam, and Per Sollum Pillai scripted by Ram Sangaiah in which he will be seen alongside actors Sanjana & Bala Saravanan. 

On the other hand, actress Nayanthara has a series of premieres in Mookuthi Amman 2 scripted by Sundar C in which she has joined forces with actresses Regina Cassandra & Abhinaya, Mannangatti helmed by Dude Vicky in which she has associated with actors Gouri G Kishan & Yogi Babu, a Malayalam movie Dear Students directed by Sandeep Kumar & George Philip Roy in which she has worked with actor Nivin Pauly, and a Kannada film Toxic filmed by Geethu Mohandas in which she has starred alongside actor Yash. The Iru Mugan actress is now immersed in her next Tamil drama Benz directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan in which she will be teaming up with actors Raghava Lawrence, Nivin Pauly, & Samyuktha Menon, and Thani Oruvan 2 created by Mohan Raja in which she will be reuniting with actor Ravi Mohan.
