‘Seppu Sela’ Video Song From Rio Raj’s Ram In Leela Is Here!
Actor Rio Raj was last seen on screens in the romantic comedy flick Aan Paavam Pollathathu directed by Kalaiarasan Thangavel with actress Malavika Manoj in the female lead role. The Niram Marum Ulagil actor is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming romantic comedy drama christened Ram In Leela. Newbie story teller Ramachandrran Kannan, who previously helmed the short film Pinju Ullam, has crafted the entertainer. He has sought the assistance of writer Aakash Poojith to develop the story.
Actress Vartika Jain, known for her English short Welcome To Celibacy Club, is set to make her debut in Tamil cinema with her female lead role in the movie. Malayalam actress Nayana Elza has played the second female lead in her Kollywood debut. Actor Vijay Sethupathi delivered the first clap for the film. The makers have been promoting the flick by releasing a few posters and a single from the album on social media. They have now unveiled a video song from the movie on social media.

Singer V M Mahalingam has crooned the track. Lyricist Uma Devi has written lyrics for the song. The number is mixed and mastered by Vishnu Sujathan. Dance masters Abu and Chals have choreographed dance moves for the song. Malayalam music director Ankit Menon has orchestrated the musical score for the flick. Already a single ‘Yaar Yaarival’ in the vocals of Sid Sriram lyrics penned by Mohan Rajan, is out from the album.
Earlier posters released by the crew showed actor Rio Raj with a black eye, seated on top of a car in one of them. And another had the actor flying off a sofa on one side while Vartika Jain remains seated, enjoying her popcorn. Judging by the posters, the movie has a heavy carryover effect from actor Rio Raj’s previous films, Sweetheart and Aan Paavam Pollathathu, which explored the intricacies in modern day relationships.
Besides Rio Raj, Vartika Jain, and Nayana Elza, the ensemble cast of Ram In Leela also has actors Munishkanth, Chetan, Balaji Thiyagaraajan Dayalan, Malavika Avinash, Ma Ka Pa, Super Subbarayan, Priyanka Nair, Deepa Venkat, Adhiyaman, Thaafiya Abu, Malavika Mohan, Nagaichuvaigal Vetri, and Kavinn depicting various supporting roles.
Cinematographer Mallika Arjun has overseen the visuals and camera division for the flick. Editor YNC Shiva has worked in the editing department of the drama. Art director G Durairaj has erected sets for the movie. Action director Abishek Srinivas has engineered action moves in the film. Ram In Leela is funded by R Ravindran under the production studio Trident Arts, in affiliation with Sudharsan for the production house EYWA Entertainment.
On the professional front, actor Rio Raj is currently busy shooting for his future project Maddy crafted by story teller Karthikeyan B K in which he will be sharing screen space with actors Aju Varghese & Saniya Iyappan. He is also bankrolling a venture titled Brown Mani helmed by Kathiravan Sampath with actors Ram Nishanth & J S Kavi in the lead roles.
On the other hand, actress Nayana Elza is presently engaged in her upcoming Malayalam entertainer Qurbaani created by story teller V Geo in which she will be teaming up with actors Shane Nigam & Soubin Shahir, and Christopher Columbus scripted by director Prasanth Sasi in which she will be featuring with actors Govind Padmasoorya & Neil Lee Luck.
