First Single ‘Yaar Yaarival’ From Rio Raj’s Ram In Leela Is A Breezy Romantic Number!
Actor Rio Raj was last seen on screens in the romantic comedy movie Aan Paavam Pollathathu crafted by Kalaiarasan Thangavel with actress Malavika Manoj in the female lead role. The Broken Script actor is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming romantic comedy film titled Ram In Leela. Newbie story teller Ramachandrran Kannan, who is known for his short film Pinju Ullam, has helmed the flick. Writer Aakash Poojith has helped shape the flow of the movie.
Actress Vartika Jain, who has acted in an English short film Welcome To Celibacy Club, will set foot in Tamil cinema with her female lead role in the flick. Malayalam actress Nayana Elza will also be making her debut in Kollywood with a crucial part in the drama. The entertainer was shot across various locations in Chennai and Kerala. Earlier, the makers shared a couple of posters and a behind the shoot clip from the flick on social media. They have now released the first single from the album.

Singer Sid Sriram has lent his voice for the song. Lyricist Mohan Rajan has written lyrics for the number. The track is mixed and mastered by Vivek Thomas. Dance masters Abu and Charles have choreographed dance moves for the song. Malayalam music director Ankit Menon has composed music for the drama.
Ram In Leela went on floors with actor Vijay Sethupathi sounding the clapperboard for the first shot. Earlier posters from the film had actor Rio Raj seated on top of a car with a black eye, and another had the actor midair from a sofa while Vartika Jain remained seated enjoying her popcorn. The posters have a lingering vibe from the actor’s previous movies Sweetheart and Aan Paavam Pollathathu, which humorously explored the nuances in a relationship.
Besides Rio Raj, Vartika Jain, and Nayana Elza, the ensemble cast of Ram In Leela also has actors Munishkanth, Chetan, Priyanka Nair, Deepa Venkat, Ma Ka Pa, Malavika Avinash, Balaji Thiyagaraajan Dayalan, Malavika Mohan, Thaafiya Abu, Kannan, Adhiyaman, Super Subbarayan, Kavinn, and Nagaichuvaigal Vetri in various supporting roles.
Cinematographer Mallika Arjun has taken care of the cinematography division of the venture. Editor YNC Shiva has been bestowed with the responsibility to chop and patch the entertainer. Art director G Durairaj has fashioned background for the project. Stunt master Abishek Srinivas has designed action blocks for the flick. Ram In Leela is backed by R Ravindran under his home banner Trident Arts in affiliation with Sudharsan for the production house EYWA Entertainment.
On the work side, actor Rio Raj is currently busy shooting for his next venture Maddy scripted by B K Karthikeyan in which he will be sharing screen space with actors Saniya Iyappan and Aju Varghese. On the other hand, actress Nayana Elza is now engaged in a couple of her Malayalam projects Qurbaani created by V Geo in which she will be collaborating with actor Shane Nigam, and Christopher Columbus crafted by Prasanth Sasi in which she will be starring with actor Govind Padmasoorya.
