Dhanush has announced that Kodi will have music composed by upcoming music director Santhosh Narayanan, before it was announced that Anirudh will be composing music for this film. The shooting of this film was commenced yesterday in Pollachi and the second heroine, Shamilee (actress Shalini’s sister) is said to have participated in the shoot.
