Young Sensation Mamitha Baiju was in the news last week as he made a controversial statement about Director Bala. Later she clarified that the statement was misunderstood and misinterpreted. The actor rose to fame after the resounding success of the Malayalam movie “Premalu ” which is hitting new box office records. The actress is waiting for the release of her second “Rebel” next week. GV Prakash Starrer movie has got good expectations among the audience and the movie team expects the project to be well-received by the audience in theatres. “Premalu ” has done remarkably well in Tamil Nadu as well.

The actress is expected to sign a handful of projects in the Tamil Industry. The latest buzz is that she has grabbed her next project starring opposite to Vishnu Vishal. The project is directed by Ram Kumar of “Raatchasan ” fame. Earlier Ram Kumar was signed to do a movie with Dhanush under the banner Sathya Jyothi Films but the project couldn’t take off. Both Ram Kumar and Dhanush have moved to other projects. The movie marks the second collaboration between the actor-director duo after the resounding success of Raatchasan in 2018.
Touted as the fantasy love-thriller the shooting is currently undergoing at Kodaikanal. Mamitha Baijju is currently busy promoting “Rebel”. She is expected to join the crew in the coming days. This yet-to-be-titled flick is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films. Director Ram Kumar is one of the directors who is more passionate about cinema and known for making content-oriented movies.
