First Single ‘Jio Jiyale’ From Jiiva’s Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan Is The New Heartbreak Anthem!
Actor Jiiva was last seen on screens in a guest appearance in the Telugu drama S Saraswathi helmed and headlined by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar with actors Prakash Raj and Priyamani in the lead roles. The Gypsy actor is now eagerly anticipating the release of his next romantic comedy movie Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan. Story teller M Rajesh, who has entertained audiences via films like Boss Engira Bhaskaran and All In All Azhagu Raja, has written and helmed the movie.
Actress Ivana of Let’s Get Married fame has essayed the female lead role in the project. The entertainer was shot in several locations in Chennai, and a wee bit in Malaysia. The makers have already begun to promote the flick. As part of it, they had released the first look poster and a teaser for the venture. They have now launched the first single from the album on social media.

Singers Yuvan Shankar Raja, Amrish, Mathichiyam Bala, and Velu have sung the song. Lyricist Vignesh Ramakrishna has penned lyrics for the track. The number is mixed and mastered by Sam Selvam. Dance master Leelavathi Kumar has choreographed dance moves for the song. Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored music for the venture. This is the seventh collaboration between Yuvan Shankar Raja and Jiiva following their sensational albums in Raam, Kattradhu Thamizh, Siva Manasula Sakthi, Kalathil Santhippom, Coffee With Kadhal, and Aghathiyaa.
The teaser of Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan, which was released earlier, showed a drunken Jiiva and Sudhakar Jayaraman causing chaos at a wedding, while pulling off a political jibe in reference to actor Vijay’s elevation as the Chief Minister. Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan is said to revolve around a happy go lucky guy whose life turns topsy-turvy after he gets into a relationship.
The casting team of Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan also includes popular YouTuber Sudhakar Jayaraman, M S Bhaskar, Bagavathi Perumal, Abdool Lee, Tulasi, Rethika Srinivas, Raj Ayyappa, Gopi Aravindh, and Annish Kuruvila. Cinematographer M Sukumar has been behind the lens for the entertainer. Editor Ashish Joseph has been brought on board to bring coherence to the drama.
Art director Hasini Pavithra has built sets for the movie. Stunt director Prabhu C has engineered action moves in the venture. Jolliya Iruntha Oruthan is backed by Dato Abdul Malik and Razik Ahamed under the production studio Malik Streams Corporation. Archana Kalpathi and Aishwarya Kalpathi will be releasing the film under their banner house AGS Cinemas.
On the work front, actor Jiiva is awaiting the premiere of Golmaal created by Ponkumaran in which he has starred with actresses Tanya Hope & Payal Rajput. The Black actor is now absorbed in his next film provisionally titled Jiiva 46 filmed by K G Balasubramani in which he will be romancing actress Rabiya Khatoon, Thagappan scripted by Ra Venkat in which he will be appearing alongside actress Rajisha Vijayan, and a Hindi flick The Saga Of Rashtriya Rifles directed by Manzoor Ahmad in which he will be costarring with actors Ashutosh Rana, Fahmaan Khan, & Urvashi Rautela.
On the other hand, actress Ivana is currently busy with her future Telugu project Selfish helmed by Kasi Vishal in which she will be collaborating with actors Racha Ravi & Ashish Reddy.
