These days Kollywood industry is keenly looking into Tollywood industry. Kollywood producers immediately rush to Andhra and grab remake rights for their next set of projects In Tamil. Same way even Telugu industry producers are also coming to Kollywood to grab the rights.
Recently, Eeti and Miruthan rights were bagged by Telugu producers. Similarly Atharvaa’s Kanithan is also sold out. Ravi Teja will fill shoes of Atharvaa. Kanithan was produced by Kalaipuli S.Thanu and the producer himself confirmed the news recently during an interview.
At the same time Sudha Kongara’s Irudhi Suttru will also be remade in Telugu. Venkatesh will essay role of Madhavan as the boxing coach. Sudha herself will direct the movie in Telugu. Now apart from these, Old Telugu movies such as ‘Yevadu’, ‘Balupu’ are sneaking into Tamil. Similarly more old Telugu movies are being dubbed and getting released in Tamil.
