‘Mama Variya’ Second Single From Mugen Rao’s Niram Is Out!
Actor Mugen Rao had a release last year in the fantasy film Jinn – The Pet directed by T R Bala with actress Bhavya Trikha in the female lead role. The Velan actor will soon entertain audiences via his upcoming action drama titled Niram. Debutant story teller Krishna Balaram has written and directed the entertainer. Actress Preethi Asrani of Kiss fame will be seen in the female lead role in the project.
Actress Tanya Hope of Dharala Prabhu fame has played the second female lead in the movie. The drama was shot in various locations in Chennai, Tiruttani, and Velankanni. The production unit is currently working to freeze a date in August to release the drama. An official date for the release of the flick is expected to be announced soon. The makers had recently unveiled the first single from the album on social media. They have now shared the second track.
Taking to his official X profile, music composer D Imman dropped a special poster along with a link to the second single ‘Mama Variya’ from Niram and captioned it, “It’s time to groove! “Mama Variya” from Niram is officially out now. Singer Mangli has lent her voice for the number. Lyricist Viveka has written lyrics for the song. Dance choreographer Sai Bharathi has designed dance moves for the track. The song is mixed and mastered by T Uday Kumar. Music director D Imman has handled musical instruments for the drama. Already a single ‘Noodhana Noodhana’ in the vocals of Kapil Kapilan & Sreenisha Jayaseelan lyrics penned by Pa Vijay, is out from the album.
Apart from Mugen Rao, Preethi Asrani, and Tanya Hope, the star cast of the venture also has actors Nitin Sathya, Surekha Vani, Sreejith Ravi, Anbu Mayilsamy, Gajaraj, Thirunavukarasu, and Suresh Chakravarthi playing various supporting characters. Cinematographer Santanio Terzio has taken care of the cinematography department of the entertainer.
Editor V J Sabu Joseph has been bestowed with the responsibility to bring coherence to the drama. Art director Dhamodharan has fashioned the background for the project. Action director Dinesh Subbarayan has choreographed action blocks for the movie. The film is backed by K Bindu Madhavi along with P Rajesh under the production company K Square Cinemas.
On the work front, actor Mugen Rao is expecting successive releases in Madhil Mel Kaadhal scripted by Anjana Ali Khan in which he has associated with actresses Divya Bharathi & Sakshi Agarwal, and Kaadhal Enbathu Saabama filmed by Bala Ganapathi William in which he has worked with Subashini Asokan & Akshara Nair. The Vettri actor is now focused on his next untitled movie helmed by Krishna Balaram in which he will be costarring with actress Preethi Asrani, and project tentatively christened Production 2 directed by Kavin in which he will be collaborating with actors Anikha Surendran & Adithya Kathir.
On the other hand, actress Preethi Asrani is awaiting the release of Yellow Yellow Dirty Fellow created by Vikkie Bhaskar in which she has romanced actor Rudra, and Appa Kutty crafted by Mu Maran in which she has joined forces with actors Vijay Antony & Sanchana Natarajan. The Ayodhi actress is presently engaged in her next drama Killer headlined and filmed by S J Suryah. Actress Tanya Hope is currently busy with her next Telugu film Jaguar directed by Stalin in which she will be partnering with actor Thrigun and a Kannada flick Bell Bottom 2 scripted by Jayathirtha in which she will be starring with actors Rishab Shetty & Haripriya.
