Actor Arjun Das lastly entertained audiences in the musical adventure children movie Kumki 2 helmed by Prabhu Solomon with actors Mathi and Shrita Rao in lead roles. The Aneethi actor is now eagerly awaiting the release of his next film Con City. Debutant director Harish Durairaj, who previously was part of the directing team of Tourist Family, has inked and crafted the venture. Writers Ubasakan, Harihara Tamilselvan, Gokul Sugumaran, and Sudhir Muthu have offered their assistance to mold the story.
Actress Anna Ben of Kottukkaali fame has played the female lead part in the drama. The shoot for the project took place extensively across various regions in Chennai, Mangalore, and Mumbai. The production house had recently released the title teaser of the venture on social media. They have now shared the first single from the album.

Singers Vangal Pulla Vicky, Sublahshini, and Leela have lent their voice for the song. Lyricist Mohan Rajan has written lyrics for the track. The number is mixed and mastered by Aswin George John. Dance master Santhosh has choreographed dance moves for the song. Music director Sean Roldan has played the musical instruments for the flick.
The title teaser of Con City which got released earlier had actor Arjun Das who is struggling with debt get an electronic device that prints money in a surreal way, and it leads to chaos in his family.

Con City is backed by Harish Durairaj under the production house Power House Pictures, in association with Prabha Premkumar under the banner house Maali And Manvi Movie Makers, in partnership with Sidhu Nair, Arun Prajeeth Manoharan, and Vijay M P for the production label Klout Studios. Netflix OTT platform has acquired the digital rights of the entertainer.
On the work front, actor Arjun Das is staring at consecutive releases in Love filmed by Balaji Mohan in which he has performed alongside actress Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Once More crafted by Vignesh Srikanth in which he has worked with actress Aditi Shankar. The Master actor is now busy with Kaithi 2 helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj in which he will again team up with actor Karthi, Rolex directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj in which he will be sharing screens space with actors Suriya & Vijay Sethupathi, and a Malayalam movie Torpedo scripted by Tharun Moorthy in which he will be featuring with actor Fahadh Faasil.
