Trichy based Aarav had won the Bigg Boss Tamil game show conducted by Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan last year but while it was expected that the title winner will be walking away with lots of movies offers he had not signed any movie for more than a year.
However recently his first movie as a hero was launched and this movie bankrolled by Surabhi movies was revealed to be titled Rajabheema. To be directed by Debutant Naresh Sampath, the movie was about the bonding between a man and an elephant and the movie began shooting two weeks back.
The movie will have newbie Ashima Narwal who had earlier acted in the Telugu movie Natakam playing Aarav’s romantic interest. Ashima Narwal had already been signed to make her Tamil debut with Vijay Antony, Action King Arjun starrer Kolaigaran, but even before its release, she has bagged her next movie as well. Ashima Narwal plays a wildlife activist in Rajabheema.
The actress has undergone special training to portray the role of a Wildlife activist and in her recent interview, she revealed few details about her character. She said, “I am doing a role of a Wildlife activist and as I undergone some training, I am totally surprised by Nature and was taken in awe by the people who really do this as a profession.”
