Allu Arjun is all set to celebrate his 42nd birthday on April 8. On the eve of his birthday, his fans expected a massive update from his upcoming movie “Pushpa 2: The Rule”. He didn’t disappoint them and dropped a massive update regarding the release date and Teaser. He has announced that the Pan India Biggie will be released on August 15 and the teaser will be unveiled on April 8th. Yesterday he dropped this massive update on his social media handle Instagram. The project commenced in October 2022. Originally it was slated to commence filming in mid-2022 but due to the overwhelming response to its prequel “Pushpa: The Rise” Director Sukumar has decided to rework the script.
Currently, the movie is in the post-production stage and is all set to hit screens on August 15. The prequel “Pushpa: The Rise” was released in December 2021 and has crashed many box-office records. The sequel “Pushpa: The Rule” is also expected to do the same. Like it’s prequel the movie team is all set to make it a grand Pan India release. Makers are also planning for extensive promotions before the release. Allu Arjun, fondly called Bunny by his fans, has invested nearly 2.5 years for this project. Already the expectations are sky-high for the movie.
After the Teaser, the movie team is planning to release a first single in the coming days. The first single will be a look-alike song like “Oo Antava” which has reached the nook and corner of the country and has garnered much-needed traction for the movie. Besides Allu Arjun, the movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil, Prakash Raj, Anasuya, Rao Ramesh, Ajay and many others.
