Actor Arun Vijay is currently at the best phase of his career where the actor is not only churning out back to back hit entertainers but also has been bagging a lot of projects like never before in his time in the industry. The actor was last seen on screens in the mass action flick Saaho which hit the theaters as a multi lingual project. While the project has been garnering mixed reviews from the critics in the industry, the actor’s portions in the film have received critical acclamations. Now we have an interesting piece of information on the actors’ next project.
We had recently reported that the actor will be next teaming up with story teller GNR Kumaravelan who had previously directed projects like Haridas and Wagah for a film which is tentatively titled as AV 30 and that the venture will go on floors soon. As reported the project has gone on floors recently with a formal pooja ceremony held in Chennai. Actor Arun Vijay himself has announced the news on social media. Taking to his twitter handle, the actor shared a picture of Ganesh idol and wrote, ‘With the blessing of God, we have started the shoot of our new movie AV 30 today. Need all your wishes.’ The actor recently wrapped up the shoot of Mafia and Boxer but has immediately begun to shoot his next, seems like the actor is in no mood to take a break.
The entertainer is set to be bankrolled by his father Vijay Kumar under his newly launched production house Moving Slides. Actress Palak Lalwani will be romancing Arun Vijay in the drama. Apart from Arun Vijay and Palak Lalwani, comedian Munishkanth will be seen in an important role in the flick. The music for the venture will be composed by Shabbir. The cinematography department of the entertainer has been handed over to Gopinath. We will have to wait to see whether this project will add another feather to the winning cap of the actor or not.
On the professional front, the actor will be next seen on screens in the action crime thriller titled as Mafia which is helmed by young and talented director Karthick Naren of Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru fame, in which he will be sharing the screen space with actors Prasanna and Priya Bhavani Shankar. Apart from this movie, the actor has the sports entertainer Boxer under the direction of debutant director Vivek, in which he will be romancing actress Ritika Singh of Iruthi Suttru fame and Agni Siragugal that is directed by Naveen of Moodarkoodam fame in which he will be seen alongside the musician turned actor Vijay Antony in his pipeline.
