Comedian Yogi Babu is at the peak of his career and everything seems to be going right for the actor currently. He has bagged quite a number of projects as a comedian in top stars’ movies as well as few ventures as hero and he continues to be on the signing spree. The comedian who began his acting career in the year 2009 has now nearly 90 plus movies under his name in a span of just 10 years. According to reports, Yogi Babu is set to team up with small screen Vijay TV fame comedian Ramar for a venture where the duo is set to play the lead roles. According to a source, “Yes, it is true that both the actors are set to team up for an untitled flick. The motion picture will be produced by Sinish Sreedharan. The movie is still at its initial stages, the team is working on finalizing the technicians and artists that will be part of the film. The production unit is planning to bring the flick on floors as soon as possible. An official announcement on the project will be made soon.” Balloon was the directorial debut of Sinish Sreedharan which had actors Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer in the lead roles. This venture will mark the production debut of director Sinish Sreedharan.
Comedy actor Ramar who has already became a household name in the state through his tenure at Vijay channel will be debuting as a lead hero in Kollywood through this flick. After entertaining people for more than a decade through small screens he is finally set to make his debut in the silver screen. On the other hand, Yogi Babu is waiting for a back to back release with his films Gurkha, Zombie and Dharma Prabhu in his pipeline ready for release. The trailer of all the movies has been unveiled on social media. Gurkha and Dharma Prabhu enjoyed a good reception among the audience while Zombie received a mixed response. Teaming up of two top comedians in their respective screens has created huge expectations on the comedy entertainer. We will have to wait to see how the project escalates further in the coming days.

Apart from this project he has recently teamed up with former comedian Santhanam for Dagalty. He is also part of Thalapathy 63 directed by Atlee.
