‘Usure Needhan Pulla’ Second Single From Soori’s Mandaadi Is A Romantic Number!
Actor Soori last graced the silver screens in the action-comedy flick Maaman helmed by Prasanth Pandiyaraj with actress Aishwarya Lekshmi as female lead. The Garudan actor will soon be seen on screens in the sports action movie Mandaadi. Story teller Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, who caught the attention of the audience with his debut drama Selfie, has crafted the entertainer. He has worked with writers Ameer Jamal Khan, R Mohana Vasanthan, and Thiral Sankar to write the flick.
Actress Mahima Nambiar of Iravukku Aayiram Kangal fame has starred as the female lead in the film. Mandaadi was extensively filmed in Thondi Beach in Ramanathapuram, and parts of coastal zones in Tamil Nadu. The film is slated to hit theaters worldwide on 10th of September. The makers had recently launched the first look poster and a single from the project on social media. They have now unveiled the second single from the album.

Singers Kapil Kapilan and Sanjana Kalmanje have sung the song. Lyricist Jayashree Mathimaran has penned the lyrics for the track. The song is mixed and mastered by Aswin George John. Dance master Azar has choreographed dance moves for the number. Music composer G V Prakash Kumar has scored music for the movie.
A character intro video presented antagonist Suhas as ‘Face the fury of Sammaatti clan’ who goes by the name ‘Saattapuli.’ The ensemble cast of the flick also includes actors Suhas, Bala Saravanan, Ravindra Vijay, Mithun Jai Sankar, Achyuth Kumar, Stun Siva, Krish Hassan, Rajesh Gopishetty, Sathyaraj, Sachana Namidass, Aadukalam Murugadoss, Ramachandran, Rajapandi, and Phathmen. Cinematographer S R Kathir has been behind camera for the drama.
Editor Pradeep E Ragav has been trusted with the editing division of the flick. Art director S J Ram has fashioned background for the project. Action directors Dhilip Subbarayan, Peter Hein, and Mahesh Mathew have choreographed action moves in the entertainer. The project is funded by Elred Kumar along with V Manikandan under the production house RS Infotainment. Netflix OTT platform has purchased the post theatrical digital rights of the movie.
On the professional side, actor Soori is also anticipating the release of Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai crafted by Ram in which he has teamed up with actors Nivin Pauly & Anjali. The Kottukkaali actor is now shooting for an untitled venture filmed by R Ravikumar, Maattram scripted by Anjathe Sridhar in which he will be joining forces with actors Appukutty & Saalai Ravi, and Iraivan Miga Periyavan crafted by Ameer Sultan in which he will be performing alongside actors Mirnaa & Karu Pazhaniappan.
On the other hand, actress Mahima Nambiar is eagerly expecting her next Tamil release in Bell Bottom directed by Sathyasiva in which she has featured alongside actor Krishna, and a Telugu release in Comrade Kalyan filmed by Janakiram Marella in which she has costarred with actor Sree Vishnu. The Magamuni actress is currently immersed in her future untitled Tamil entertainer created by Pa Vijay in which she will be seen alongside actor Prabhu Deva.
