The trailer of Oviya’s upcoming movie ‘90 ML’ was released recently and it garnered both positive and negative comments. Her avid fans were eagerly waiting for the release of her first movie post Bigg Boss and it is here. The fans who supported Oviya and even created an army in her name are slamming the former Bigg Boss 1 contestant for doing an adult-only movie filled with kissing scenes, double meaning dialogues, and sexy shots. They pointed out that she is considered as a role model for children and that she shouldn’t do such movies.
While a section is bashing Oviya, others say that the same set of folks loved watching adult movies like ‘Iruttu Arayil Murattu Kuththu’ in theatres. The story of 90 ML revolves around the life of five girls who resort to drugs and alcohol to forget the troubles in their life. In the trailer, Oviya is portrayed as a tomboy, who wants to live life in her own way.
The movie is directed by Anita Udeep (Alagiya Asura) and the film got ‘A’ certificate from the censor board for its steamy scenes and dialogues. Simbu who scored the music for the movie also plays a special cameo role in 90 ML. The film is bankrolled by NVIZ Entertainment and features Oviya, Shree Gopika, Masoom, Bommu, Anson Paul, Monisha, and Tej Raj in pivotal roles.
