Dhanush and Aishwarya are one of the most celebrated pairs in the Kollywood industry. The couple got married in 2004 and have two sons Linga and Yatra born in 2006 and 2010 respectively. The couple has worked together in a few films as well. In 2022 the couple announced their separation in their respective social media handles. Both have been living separately for the last two years. Though they lived separately the couple hasn’t filed for divorce. So there is an expectation among the fans that the couple might consider reconciling. As per the latest news Both Dhanush and Aishwarya have filed for divorce under mutual concern in Chennai court recently.
As you all know Aishwarya is the elder daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth. She made her directorial debut in 2013 with the movie “Three”. Dhanush and Shruthi Haasan played the male and female roles respectively. Versatile Music director Anirudh Ravichander was introduced in the movie and the song “Why this Kolaveri” was a worldwide hit. After the separation, she made her comeback with the project “Laal Salaam” starring his father and superstar Rajinikanth in an extended cameo role. Vikrant and Vishnu Vishal have played the lead roles. The movie didn’t go well at the box office. She is currently busy writing scripts for her next movie.
Dhanush on the other hand has completed shooting for his upcoming movie “Raayan” and currently shooting for an untitled project directed by Sekhar Kammula. After that, he is all set to reprise as Ilayaraja in Ilayaraja’s biopic directed by Arun Madheswaran.
