Kollywood actor Vishal’s Kaththi Sandai was initially planned to release on Diwali, but then it eventually got postponed to November 18th. Unfortunately, due to the demonetization issue that the whole nation is facing, the makers decided to push the release date from December 17th. Later, Vishal announced that the film will not release in near future.
Films like Maaveeran Kittu, Saithan, and Chennai 600028: Part II, S3, Bogan, Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga, Taramani, Kavan and Motta Siva Ketta Siva are planned to release in the month of December. So, now the movie is pushed to January and it would be a festival release.
Now it’s Official that the movie is pushed to Pongal 2017. Vijay’s ‘Bairavaa’ is also releasing on the same day. So it would be another clash of titans at Box-Office. Earlier Vijay’s ‘Kaththi’ and Vishal’s ‘Poojai’ got released on the same day.
