Kollywood industry’s director Anand Shankar has directed ‘Iru Mugan‘ featuring Vikram, Nayanthara and Nithya Menon have acted in lead roles and earlier it was stated that the movie will be released by September 2nd and currently it is stated that the movie will hit screens by September 8th.
The reason for one week delay is because the movie hasn’t got the certification from the Central Board of Film Certification and there is another reason also for the delay in release. The movie was produced by Malayalam producer Shibhu Thameens.
He has decided to release the movie in Kerala, Telangana and Andhra and as Mohanlal and Junior NTRs ‘Janatha Garage’ releases on September 2nd Mohanlal has asked the producer to release Irumugan after a week. Usually Vikram’s movie will be welcomes by Malayalees and so the producer has decided to postpone the release, which will not affect the collections for the box office.
