It is quite known news that after the success of Pariyerum Perumal producer Pa. Ranjith has bankrolled his second project under his home banner Neelam Productions which is named as Irandam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu. The entertainer has been scripted and directed by his former associate Adhiyan Aadhirai with actors Attakathi Dinesh, Munishkanth, Kayal Anandhi, and Rithvika in significant roles. The first look motion poster of the film hit the social media sometime ago and garnered the attention of the Tamil cinema audience. Now, the production unit has launched the trailer of the movie on social media.
Director Karthik Subbaraj has shared the trailer of the venture on his social media account. Taking to his twitter handle the story teller shared the trailer of the flick and wrote, ‘Here is the superb trailer of the film Irandam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu. Neelam productions is ready with their next hard hitting tale after Pariyerum Perumal. All the best Ranjith, Adhiyan Aadhirai and whole team for the success of the film.’ The couple of minutes cut is intense and revolves around war and its effects on humans. The trailer opens with a fire burning inside a container and moves on to the next scene where we get to see waste thrown over blood strains. The next thing is people hear the sound of a bomb which explodes somewhere else and look up the sky in fright. Following which the characters introduction happens and the few seconds cut ends with a bomb shell washing off to shore.
The movie is about the simple life of a lorry driver in Tamil Nadu which also explores about war and the long lasting effects of it. Earlier speaking about the film, the director stated, “If a war had taken place during a particular phase, its impact does not just end within that period. Its aftermath lasts for at least hundreds of years after war. You can see the effects of war still in Iran, Iraq, and Japan. A similar kind of impact left by a war somewhere has its effect in an ordinary lorry driver’s life. The intense drama will explore the impact in depth. Dinesh portrays the role of a simple lorry driver with a dream of marrying a woman of his liking. But due to few unfortunate turn of events his life turns upside down. This venture is about the travel of Dinesh and Munishkanth, and the relationships that they forge with a lot of people on their way.” The musical instruments of the drama have been handled by debutant music director Tenma. Cinematographer Kishore Kumar has been behind the camera for the entertainer, while Selva R. K has trimmed the film. The flick is slated to hit the theaters in the month of September.
On the work front, actor Attakathi Dinesh is getting ready for a back to back release in the likes of Irandam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu and his next comedy romantic entertainer Naanum Single Thaan directed by R. Gopi. The actor is currently busy shooting for his next adult horror comedy titled as Pallu Padama Paathuka under the directorial of director Vijay Varadharaj in which he will be romancing actress Sanchita Shetty and Oviya Helen. Besides this movie the actor has Vaaraayo Vannilaave in his pipeline.
