Choreographer turned actor Raghava Lawrence is busy shooting for the sequel of the blockbuster flick Chandramukhi which had superstars Rajinikanth and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The entertainer racked up a massive collection and held the record of highest box office collection for a long time. Director Vasu who had directed the entertainer decided to revive the flick with a sequel to it and cast actor Raghava Lawrence a well-known fan of Rajinikanth. The Muni actor is getting in shape for his role in Chandramukhi 2. The actor has shared his physical transformation for his fans along with a message on social media. Taking to his official twitter account the actor shared a couple of snaps flaunting his physical transformation along with a note with the caption, “Hi everyone! I want to share a small update about Chandramukhi 2 and my trust!” Here is the post made by the actor.

In the pictures, actor Raghava Lawrence looks muscular. In one picture he is seen in a chic dancing pose. The photos have turned viral on social media. The fans of the actor are in awe of his physical transformation. His transformation has further upped the expectations on the project. The first scheduled shoot of the drama took place in July. The team is involved in the production works to shoot for the second schedule which is set to take place in a palace in Mysore.
In the note the actor shared, he has a message asking his fans not to donate to his trust anymore. The note goes, “Hi everyone, I want to share two things with you. Firstly, I want to share a small effort I’m taking to transform my body for Chandramukhi 2. Thanks to my trainer Siva master for bringing this change. I need all your blessings. Secondly, I would like to thank all my donors for supporting me and my trust for all these years. You all stood by me and supported my vision with your donations. I have done the best I can and taken help from you whenever I needed it. Now that I’m in a good place and I’m signing more movies, I’ve decided to take the full responsibility of serving people by myself. Hence, I request my support to not donate your money for Lawrence charitable trust. Your blessings are enough for me. I’m grateful for the support and love I’ve been receiving all these years. I will soon arrange a thanksgiving event for all my supports!” The actor ended the note by thanking everyone, “Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”
Apart from actor Raghava Lawrence, Chandramukhi 2 has legendary comedian Vadivelu, who played a part in the first installment playing a part in the sequel as well. Veteran actress Radhika Sarathkumar and Ravi Maria will be seen in key roles. There are rumors that the production house has approached actress Lakshmi Menon to essay the female lead role. Musician M. M. Keeravani of Baahubali fame will be handling the musical instruments for the drama. Cinematographer R. D. Rajasekar will be cranking the camera for the flick. Art director Thota Tharani will be erupting sets for the project. The project is bankrolled by producer Subaskaran Allirajah under the banner house Lyca Productions.
On the work front, actor Raghava Lawrence who was last seen on screen in the horror franchise Muni 4: Kanchana 3 is currently busy shooting for his next project titled Adhigaram under the direction of film maker Durai Senthilkumar. Director Vetrimaaran has penned the script for the drama. The actor will soon begin to shoot for his next venture christened Durga helmed by Kathiresan. Besides these ventures, the actor has Rudhran directed by S Kathiresan in which he has shared the screen space with actress Priya Bhavani Shankar in the post production getting shaped for release.
