Vijay Sethupathi was last seen in Pettai in a negative role against the Superstar of Tamil cinema Rajinikanth, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The actor’s performance had a very good reception among critics as well as audience as usual.

And Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi gets a classy title for the movie ‘Sangathamizhan.’ The movie is produced by business giants ‘Vijaya Productions.’ The movie is said to be a complete action packed mass commercial entertainer.
The shooting for the film has already begun and the unit is said to have completed their first schedule of shoot in Hyderabad. The production unit is gearing up to begin their second schedule very soon.
The director took to his twitter account to announce the completion of the first schedule and share his joy about it. The director thanked the actor and actress and also God for the successful completion of the first schedule. The actress on the other hand, took to twitter to announce the completion of her part in the movie Ayogya starring Vishal and mentioned that she had some great memories working with a wonderful team.
Currently, the Vijay Sethupathi is getting ready for the release of much awaited film Super Deluxe. The movie had been censored recently and the CBFC has tagged an ‘A’ certificate on the film. The film is set to hit the theaters by the 29th of March this year. The actor has also wrapped up shooting for his movie Sindhubaadh directed by Su Arun Kumar.
Sanga Thamizhan has Vijay Sethupathi in the lead and there are two female lead in the movie played by Raashi Khanna, who was last seen in the movie Adangamaru and Nivetha Pethuraj, who hit the news recently for snapping photos inside a temple’s premises. The actress was last seen in the film Thimiru Pudichavan and currently waiting for her film Party to hit the screen soon. Last year in Raashi Khanna’s film Imaikkaa Nodigal Vijay Sethupathi had done a cameo role.
Apart from them the movie also has Nassar, Sriman, Soori, Ravi Kishan, Rajendran, John Vijay, Ashutosh Raj playing other important roles. The music is performed by the Vivek and Mervin duo while R. Velraj is handling the camera and editing is taken care by Praveen KL.
