Harish Kalyan’s Let’s get Married Trailer: Hints At An Entertaining Romedy Drama!

Actor Harish Kalyan had his last outing in the likes of the romantic film Oh Manapenne which hit the theaters under the direction of storyteller Kaarthikk Sundar with actress Priya Bhavani Shankar in the female lead part. The venture opened to mixed reviews from both critics and audience. Hence, had a bad commercial business in the box office. The Pyaar Prema Kaadhal actor has now put that behind him, and is getting ready for the release of his next project christened Let’s get Married aka LGM. Actress Ivana of Love Today fame has depicted the female lead part. Director Ramesh Tamilmani has penned and directed the movie. The entertainer which went on floors earlier this year with a small pooja ceremony is now wrapped, and is in the post production stage shaping up for release. 

The production team has now unveiled the trailer of the venture on social media. Actor Harish Kalyan himself has shared the trailer. Taking to his official twitter handle, the actor dropped a poster from the entertainer along with a link to the trailer of Let’s get Married, and wrote, “This feeling is immeasurable, too overwhelming for words. See you soon in theatres. But for now, here is the trailer.” Here is the tweet shared by the actor. 

Nearly two minute trailer cut opens to actress Ivana saying to Harish, “Gowtham, I like you too.” The actor reacts enthusiastically. The scene cuts to actress Nadiya mouthing, “You are in love from the past two years. If you had disclosed it sooner, you would be married by now. What is her date of birth?” The actor responds, “29-4-1995.” She asks, “Time?” A dazed Harish Kalyan replies, “Eh?” Following which we witness the actress saying to Ivana, “You do not worry. After the wedding, I will take care of you like my own daughter.” The shot cuts to actress Ivana asking Harish Kalyan, “Are we all going to stay together?” The actor tells her, “Look here Meera, I do not have a father. I cannot even think about leaving my mom alone.” Then we have a quip from actor RJ Vijay, “These days after marriage, a husband and wife living together itself is a huge deal. And now you want her to live under the same roof with your mother, sister, and all?” The trailer has enjoyed a good reception among the audience, and has set high expectations on the drama. An announcement regarding the release date is expected to be made soon. 

Besides actors Harish Kalyan, and Ivana, the casting department of the film has actors Nadiya, Yogi Babu, RJ Vijay, Venkat Prabhu, Srinath, Vinodhini Vaidynathan, VTV Ganesh, Janaki Sabesh, Pujitha, and Hari Hara Sushan in various other supporting parts. Apart from directing, film maker Ramesh Tamilmani has also scored music for the movie. Cinematographer Viswajith Odukkathil has cranked the camera for the entertainer. Editor Pradeep E Ragav has been roped in to edit the project. Art director Arun Venjaramoodu has erected sets for the flick. Action director K Ganesh has choreographed action moves for the venture. The entertainer is bankrolled by Sakshi Singh Dhoni along with Vikas Hasija, Sharmila J Rajaa, and M V M Velmohan for the banner label Dhoni Entertainment Pvt Ltd. 

On the work front, actor Harish Kalyan who had his last outing in the romantic flick Oh Manapenne is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film titled Lubber Pandhu filmed by director Tamizharasan Pachamuthu in which he will be collaborating with actresses Swasika, and Sanjana, and for Star helmed by storyteller Elan. Apart from these movies, the actor has Diesel directed by film maker Shanmugam Muthusamy in which he has co starred with actress Athulya Ravi, and Nooru Kodi Vaanavil crafted by storyteller Sasi in which he has associated with actress Siddhi Idnani in various stages of post-production getting refined for release. On the other hand, actress Ivana who was last seen in Love Today is currently busy shooting for her next venture titled Kalvan under the direction of P V Shankar in which she will be romancing actor G V Prakash Kumar, for Complex helmed by director Mantra Veerapandian in which she will be sharing screen space with actor Karthik Raja, and for a Telugu drama Selfish crafted by Kasi Vishal in which she will be seen alongside actor Ashish Reddy.
