Actor G V Prakash Kumar had his last outing in the action drama Ayngaran which hit the screens under director Ravi Arasu with actress Mahima Nambiar in the female lead part. The entertainer did not live up to the expectations of the audience. Hence, it could not draw footfalls to the theaters. The actor has now put that behind him, and is gearing up for the release of his upcoming flick christened Adiyae. Story teller Vignesh Karthick of Thittam Irandu has directed the movie. He has borrowed the assistance of writer Kishore Sankar to write dialogues, and shape the screenplay of the film. Actress Gouri G Kishan of 86 fame has portrayed the female lead part. The drama which went on floors with a small pooja ceremony a while back, is now wrapped, and is in the post production stage shaping up for release.
The production unit has now unveiled a romantic number ‘Vaa Senthaazhini’ from the movie on social media. Actor G V Prakash Kumar himself has shared the track. Taking to his official twitter account, the actor dropped a link to the song and wrote, “It’s time to experience love with ‘Vaa Senthaazhini’ – the first single from Adiyae. Four and a half minutes lyrical video opens to actor G V Prakash Kumar wishing Gouri G Kishan, “Adiyae, happy birthday.” The actress asks, “Where is my gift.” The actor is perplexed for a second, and starts singing a song. Singer Sid Sriram has crooned the song. Lyricist Bagavathy P K has penned the lyrics for the number. The song has enjoyed a good reception among the fans of the actor. Adiyae is touted to be a science fiction entertainer. The film is titled after the superhit number ‘Adiyae’ from the actor’s previous flick Bachelor. The production house is eyeing to release the movie in the month of June. An official release date is expected to be announced soon. The teaser and trailer of the entertainer will be released in the coming days.
Apart from actor G V Prakash Kumar, and Gouri G Kishan, the casting division of the venture has actors Venkat Prabhu, Madumkesh, and Mirchi Vijay in various other supporting roles. Music director Justin Prabhakaran has scored music for the flick. Cinematographer Gokul Benoy has been behind the lens for the movie. Editor U Muthayan has been brought on board to edit the project. Art director Siva Sankaran has erected sets for the drama. Stunt master Rambo Vimal has choreographed action blocks for the venture. The entertainer is produced by Prabha Premkumar under the banner label Maali & Manvi Movies Makers.
On the work front, actor G V Prakash Kumar who was last seen on screens in Ayngaran is currently busy shooting for his next project titled Idimuzhakkam under the directorial of story teller Seenu Ramasamy in which he will be sharing screen space with actress Gayathrie Shankar, for 13 directed by K Vivek in which he will be seen alongside actors Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Aadhya Prasad, and for Dear helmed by director Anand Ravichandran in which he will be co starring with actress Aishwarya Rajesh. Apart from these movies, the actor has Kalvan crafted by director P V Shankar in which he has collaborated with actress Ivana in the post production stage getting fine tuned for release. On the other hand, actress Gouri G Kishan who had her last outing in Tamil in Beginning is getting ready for the release of her upcoming Malayalam movie christened Little Miss Rawther scripted by film maker Vishnu Dev in which she has romanced actor Shersha Sherief.
