A complaint was filed against the director Sundari C for the film ‘Aranmani 2’. Producer M Muthuraman who produced Rajinikanth, Vijayakumar and Latha starrer film titled as ‘Aayiram Jenmangal’ has filed a complaint in the Chennai High Court citing that the story of ‘Aranmanai 2‘ is similar to the story of ‘Aayiram Jenmangal’.
The case came for hearing and the justice, after watching both the films, declared the plots of Aayiram Jenmangal and Aranmanai 2 are mostly similar. Everyone from ‘Aranmanai 2’ team were shocked by this verdict.
Anyways the director is celebrating the success of his blockbuster and he has decided to solve the case soon and he gave a cheque of rupees 10 lakhs to producer Muthuraman for the film’s rights. The director is expected to appear in the Court to finalize the issue.
