Sanya Malhotra
Sanya Malhotra is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi films. She made her screen debut as wrestler Babita Kumari in Dangal (2016), followed by roles in Pataakha, Badhaai Ho and Photograph. Her later work includes Ludo, Pagglait, Love Hostel, Kathal, Jawan, Sam Bahadur and Mrs. She received Filmfare Critics Award nominations for Photograph and Ludo, and won Filmfare OTT Awards for Kathal and Mrs.

Sanya Malhotra Bio
Born on 25 February 1992 in Delhi, Sanya Malhotra began her film career with Dangal in 2016, playing wrestler Babita Kumari. The biographical sports drama became one of the highest-grossing Indian films. She followed it with two 2018 releases, Pataakha, in which she played Genda Kumari, and the commercially successful comedy Badhaai Ho.
Her performance as Miloni in Photograph earned her a nomination for the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress. She received another nomination in the same category for the ensemble black comedy Ludo. During this period, she also appeared as Anupama Banerji in Shakuntala Devi and took the title role in Meenakshi Sundareshwar.
Malhotra played Sandhya Giri in Pagglait, Jyoti Dilawar in Love Hostel and Neha in HIT: The First Case. In 2023, she led the comedy Kathal as Inspector Mahima Basor and appeared as Eeram in Jawan. She also portrayed Silloo Manekshaw in the biographical drama Sam Bahadur.
Jawan ranks among the highest-grossing Indian films, while Sam Bahadur was another commercial success. Her performance as Richa in Mrs. followed these projects.
She won Filmfare OTT Awards for Kathal and Mrs. Her subsequent credits include cameo appearances in Baby John and Thug Life, along with roles in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Toaster, Bandar and Ramayana.
