Actor Vishnu Vishal is yet to have a release this year with his last outing being Silukkuvarupatti Singam directed by Chella Ayyavu in which he romanced actress Regina Cassandra. The actor who opened last year on a positive note with the psychology thriller Ratsasan directed by Ram Kumar took a commercial fall after his action entertainer Silukkuvarupatti Singam failed to keep the box office rolling. But the actor has moved on quickly and is currently at the busiest phase of his career shooting for multiple projects simultaneously. Now we have an update on the actor’s next project.
We had reported earlier that the actor will be seen in a film titled as FIR, abbreviation Faizal Ibrahim Rais. As reported the venture has now gone on floors recently with a formal pooja in Chennai. The production unit has shared few pictures from the pooja ceremony on social media. It was initially announced that the actor will be romancing gorgeous Malayalam actress Manjima Mohan in the flick. But the recent development suggests that the actor will be romancing two more leading ladies in the movie, actress Raiza Wilson and Reba Monica John who are on board for the movie. This is indeed an interesting news as it arouses the curiosity that, will the venture be in the zones of Naan Avan illa or Thiratha Vellaiyatu Pillai.
The project will be scripted and helmed by debutant story teller Manu Anand, a former associate of Gautham Vasudev Menon. The first look poster of the film was recently unveiled on social media by singer and musician Anirudh Ravichander. The first look poster was so intense and looked interesting that it garnered a lot of attention of the Tamil cinema audience. The motion picture is bankrolled by Anand Joy under the banner Sujataa Productions. The musical instruments of the venture will be handled by N Ashwath. The cinematography department of the drama has been handed over to Arul Vincent of Kirumi fame, while editor Prasanna G. K will be in charge of the editing department of the entertainer. The actor will be looking forward to consolidate his winning form after the financial pitfall he took in his last outing with Silukkuvarupatti Singam. We will have to wait to see whether the project lives up to the expectations of the audience and brings back the actor to the profitable zone once again.
On the professional front, Vishnu Vishal is currently busy shooting for his multi lingual drama Kaadan under the directorial of director Prabhu Solomon. The actor will also begin shooting for the sequel of his super hit science fiction movie Indru Netru Naalai under film maker R. Ravikumar very shortly. Apart from these flicks, the actor has an untitled sports drama in which he will be seen alongside his buddy Vikranth. He has also recently inked his signature for an untitled drama which is set to be directed by director VJ Gopinath of Jiivi fame. Besides these ventures the actor also has Jagajala Killadi getting shaped up in the post production stage.
