‘Pariyerum Perumal’ the debut production of director Pa Ranjith was highly praised for its strong content and intense making. The movie was also a commercial hit at the box office.
After the success of the movie, Pa Ranjith revealed his second flick as a producer with ‘Attakathi’ Dinesh and Bigg Boss 2 title winner Riythvika in the lead roles. Named as ‘Irandaam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu’, this movie is directed by debutante director Athiyan Athirai. Athiyan Athirai is a former assistant of Director Pa Ranjith and has worked on movies like ‘Madras’, ‘Kabali’, and ‘Kaala’.
The shooting stated from yesterday (January 3) in Chennai city and the official news regarding the same was released through the official social media handle of Neelam Productions. ‘Irandaam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu’ is based on the caste and hierarchical politics in India and how a common man frees himself from such restraints. The film stars Anekha, Ramesh Thilak, and Munishkanth in pivotal roles. Tenma composes music and background score for the film.
Currently, Pa Ranjith is working on a Bollywood movie, which is based on the biography of Birsa Munda, a tribal freedom fighter.
