Super Star Rajinikanth is quite happy as his latest release ‘Kaala’ is doing a decent business at the Box-Office. The movie has created several records despite all the negative reviews. It should be noted that ‘Kaala‘ started after ‘2.O‘ and the movie has got a release. But still ‘2.O’ teaser itself is not released.
This has created uneasiness among Rajini fans. So, why is this delay? The budget of the movie was expected to be around 400 Crores. The shooting was wrapped up in August 2017. Initially, the movie was expected to release on 2017 Diwali, later it was postponed to January’18 and now the release has been postponed indefinitely.
As per sources, the company which was hired to do the VFX work is caught in a legal issue and the company faces huge trouble. So, things have gone out of hand and the delay was inevitable. As they were already paid in advance, the makers couldn’t move to another company or hire others.
So, the teaser works itself is locked and is facing a huge trouble. Now, we hear from sources that the movie might get a release by 2019. However, the exact release date will be known only after the patchwork is completed.
