Simbu got a breather as the Madras High Court allowed the actor not to appear before police on January 2nd and posted his anticipatory bail plea hearing to January 4th.
When the case came up for hearing, the actor submitted that some unknown persons, transmitted the sound track with modified words, with ulterior motive, without his consent and knowledge.
T. Rajender also filed a complaint with Chennai Police Commissioner regarding this.
